Our policies

Book one chair or several on the booking page, or call the shop. There is no deposit. To book two or more cuts in a row, add each person's cut to the same booking and we hold the times side by side.

Walk-ins sign the board by the door and are taken in the order they arrive. A family signs once for everyone. Booked clients are seen at their time and the line waits. Waits vary; the board shows who is next. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.

Let us know at least 3 hours ahead to move or cancel, by phone, text or the booking page. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to move you to the next opening so the family after you is not kept waiting.

If a visit is missed and we have not heard from you, the time goes to the next family on the board. After a second missed visit, we ask you to confirm by phone before booking again.

Kids' cuts are for ages 12 and under, from a first haircut on. A parent or another adult stays in the shop for every child's cut. Brothers and sisters can wait in the play corner with an adult beside them.

Come with dry hair if you can, and bring a photo of the cut you want. For a first haircut, stop in beforehand and sit in the chair while no clippers are running.

Tell us within a few days and we will make it right. Come back to the same barber if you can, and bring the photo.

Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one in cash or when you pay by card; it goes to the barber who cut.
