Questions
Questions, answered
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work Tuesday to Saturday. Walk in and sign the board, or book ahead so the family's cuts sit side by side.
How do I book more than one cut in a row?
Add each person's cut to the same booking on the booking page. We hold the times side by side, and you check in once.
How does the line work?
Sign the board by the door, once for the whole family. Walk-ins are taken in the order they arrive and booked clients are seen at their time. Waits vary; the board shows who is next.
How old do kids have to be?
Kids' cuts are for ages 12 and under, from a first haircut on. A parent or another adult stays in the shop for every child's cut.
How long does a first haircut take?
Plan on about 30 minutes, and it can run longer. A first cut gets extra time on the chair.
Can you cut my hair type?
We cut waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair, on kids and grown-ups.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes. Jaylon and Albertina each have a booking link, or pick one on the booking page.
What should we bring along?
A photo of the cut you have in mind. For a first haircut, a book or a small toy for the wait.
What if I am late or need to cancel?
Let us know at least 3 hours ahead to move or cancel. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to move you to the next opening.
How does tipping work?
Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one in cash or when you pay by card; it goes to the barber who cut.
Bring the whole family in one visit
Book two or more cuts together and we line them up back to back, or walk in and sign the board once for everyone.
